PRICING
Pricing cannot be adjusted after purchase. This includes, but is not limited to: applying a discount code or shop credit after a completed purchase and combined shipping for multiple orders.
SHIPPING
As of January 2020, Indigo Rhays now ships internationally! The buyer assumes the full cost of shipping and any related tax/transaction fee. Please note that the shipping time is separate from the turnaround time for your order. The turnaround time is solely the approximate time it will take to make and package your items.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be submitted via email within 24 hours of ordering. These will not be honored past the 24-hour mark.
RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of the shop, returns are not accepted. We are happy to assist with any and all questions leading up to purchase and also allow cancellations up to 24 hours. After this point, all sales are final.
In addition, the shop is not responsible for any items once they have shipped, including damaged or lost items. Indigo Rhays offers shipment protection, and we highly encourage our customers to utilize this option.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All items are handmade and require time to make. With that said, please kindly allow the full turnaround time to pass before requesting an update on your order. I try to keep everyone updated via Facebook in our VIP Group.
In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided and/or a package is returned, the seller is responsible for payment for an additional shipping label.
